Trend global semasa menunjukkan 40 juta rakyat bakal hilang pekerjaan menjelang akhir tahun 2009. Ini menjadikan angka penggangguran mencecah 230 juta akhir tahun ini.
Pertubuhan Buruh Antarabangsa (ILO) menjangkakan pertumbuhan ekonomi dunia akan semakin perlahan dan ekonomi global dijangka pulih menjelang 2010.
Di Malaysia, 10,000 orang telah hilang pekerjaan sejak Januari 2009. Menurut Persekutuan Majikan Malaysia (MEF), keadaan menjadi lebih buruk apabila 600,000 guna tenaga baru memasuki pasaran kerja setiap tahun.
Ke mana haluan bakal graduan kita nanti? Apa akan jadi pada pekerja yang hilang mata pencarian mereka?
Sehingga kini, terdapat 1.5 hingga 2 juta pekerja asing masih membanjiri negara ini.

2. PM/Maintenance Leader
Role:
oLead in delivering high level of equiment availability via excellent implementation of PM Pillar systems and tools

Basic Requirement:
oCan articulate and deploy clear goals equipment availability/reliability measure
oUnderstands and can leverage IWS principles and methodologies. Good to excellent understanding of PM Pillar tools and work process
oAble to manage all equipment reliability results by having (continuously improving) daily management systems
oAble to coach and develop other the key technical leaders of the operating teams

3. Human Resource Associate
Role:
oTo lead, manage and coordinate the Employee Relations, Talent Management and Development and the Occupational Health & Safety Program.
Basic Requirement:
oDiploma or equivelant
oMin 3 years of working experience
oGood communication & writing skills.
oGood interpersonal skill.
4. Purchasing associate
oTo assist Purchasing Leader in the development and maintenance of system for procurement of materials and services.
Basic Requirement:
•Diploma level
•Some experience in the plant i.e technical background, laboratory and operation.
•Good command of English
•Good interpersonal skill and able to communicate with outsiders (vendors/suppliers)
•Able to read and interpret financial data
